  In the name of God Amen
  I John A. Crumpton being of sound mind and memory
do constitute this my last will and Testament.
   I give and devise to my beloved wife Martha L. Crumpton
all of my property both real and personal, consisting of
Five acres of land, whereon I now reside, also household
and Kitchen Furniture for her benefit and support, at
her death to be equally divided between my three little
daughters (by her my said wife) now living with me
Viz; Susan Emma Crumpton Jesse Alice Crumpton, and
Mary Martha Crumpton Share and Share alike If
and one of the above named Should die before my 
youngest child comes to age, that share to revert
back to the surviving ones. The above named property
I give and bequeath all the above named property and
all that I may have at my death, and that I may
have at that time, to my wife Martha l. Crumpton
and my three daughters Susan Emma Crumpton Jesse
Alice Crumpton, Mary Martha Crumpton
my children living with me now, they being minors
   I do hereby appoint N.A.H. Crumpton Executor, my wife
Martha L. Crmpton Executrix of this my last will
and Testament
   In Witness I have hereunto set my hand and
   seal this Seventh day of June One Thousand Eight
   hundred and Eighty-four

State of Florida}  Before the subscriber personally appeared L.
Alachua County  }  W. Fennell, who after being duly sworn
deposes and says that he saw John A. Crumpton sign
and seal the foregoing instrument of writing as and
for his last will & Testament and that he together
with J.W. Price and M.E. Price signed the same as
subscribing witnesses at the request of the Testator
and in his presence, and in the presence of each
other, and that at the time of making Said will
he was of sound and disposing mind & memory
Sworn to & Subscribed this Nov. 28th 1885} signed L.W. Fennell
