and for said County;
Your Petitioner respectfully Showeth unto your Honor, that
William B. Lipsey departed this life one the 29th day of
July 1885, having while he lived and at the time of his death
goods chattels rights and credits in said State & County.
Your Petitioner respectfully showeth that said deceased
made a last Will and Testament, disposing of his property
Your Petitioner therefore presents said will, and prays
your Honor to admit the same to proof & Probate, and
your Petitioner will ever pray & c
