he having received a deed for one half interest in (44) acres
of land and as above stated and devised (1/2 interest in a 
grove at Citra)
   to my son Senicca R. Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) he having
received a Deed for two acres of land, also a Deed for a
Lot in North Marion Indianna
   I give devise and bequeath to my three youngest children
(now minors) Rene, Hubert & Cora, the home place as aforesaid divided
at their mothers death also one Thousand Dollars
a piece ($1000.00) they all having deeds made to them of ten
acres each
   I give and bequeath to each and every one of my
children Oliver G. Rachel A. Seneka N. Lucian W. Rene, Hubert
& Cora, each one to have (1/8) one-eight interest, as in other
words, one hundred and thirty-five acres share of stock
in the Quaker Orange Co; my whole No being (1080) one
thousand and eighty shares, with my wife include, they
are all to have shares share and share alike. And I 
hereby appoint my wife Hannah H. Lipsey as Proxy for
my three minor children according to their no of votes as I
shall be entitled to cast at any election of said Quaker
Orange Co., and until they severally reach the age of twenty
one years. Whereas I have left certain property to my three
minor children Viz Rene, Hubert & Cora, I do hereby nominate
and appoint their mother, Hannah H. Lipsey as Testamentary
Guardian for such of them a may be minors at the time
this instrument shall take effect
   I bequeath the monthly meeting of Friends at Archer Fla
all debts which at the time of my death which shall be
owing to me for money loaned and goods furnished.
   All the rest of my estate both real and personal may be sold
at a proper time, and after all my indebtedness has been paid
off, and ****** accounts settled up, if it be sufficient
to pay all the above heirs their respective amounts, and, when
done, these in that case, the remaining amounts I do hereby
Devise and bequeath to my wife Hannah H. for her own use
and for the education of her children. If in the event of 
insufficiency to pay all of the above amounts, a less account is to be
given to each heir in propertion to their several amounts assessed
them.
   I hereby revoke all other wills by me at any time made
