Alachua County  }   Before the subscriber personally appeared
L.J. Lipsey, who after being duly sworn deposes and says
that he saw William B. Lipsey sign Seal, publish and
declare the foregoing as and for his last will and
Testament, and that he together with Seth Brown
and Francis Trueblood signed the same as Subscribing
witnesses thereto in the presence of said Testator
and in the presence of each other & at his request.
That the same was voluntarily executed by
him, while he was of sound and disposing mind
and memory

    Last Will and Testament of J.E.W. Markey
In the name of God Amen
   I, James E.W. Markey of the State of Florida and County
of Alachua, Being of sound mind and memory, and
considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory
life, do therefore make and publish, ordain and
declare this to be my last will and Testament;
   That is to say that my beloved wife Martha M. Markey
shall, at my demise become the owner of my entire
estate both real and personal, and shall be the legal
party to settle claims against my said Estate if any
there be, and to collect all sums that may be due
my Estate, that is my said wife shall, by this my
last will and Testament have the entire Control, and
shall not be accountable to the Court in making
annual returns; but control my Estate for the benefit
of herself and the heirs of my body, but my said
