Alachua County  }  Public of the State of Florida J.E.W. Markey
the party making the foregoing will and codicil acknowledged
before that he did the same as his last will and 
Testament-Codicil
   Acknowledged and subscribed before this September the 19th
1884

State of Florida}   Before the subscriber personally appeared
Alachua County  }   N.A. Markey, who after being duly sworn
deposes and says that he was present and saw J.E.W. Markey
the testator to the foregoing last will and Testament & codicil
sign seal, publish and declare the same as and for his
last will and testament, and that he together with H.
C. Parker J.S. Smith and W.L. Bennett signed the same
as subscribing witnesses in his presence and at the request
of the said Testator the said J.E.W. Markey

                  The foregoing will and Codicil of J.
E.W. Markey having been duly proved by the affidavit
of N.A. Markey one of the subscribing witnesses to
the same It is therefore ordered that the said
will and codicil be and they are hereby allowed
probated and admitted to record as the last will
and Testament of J.E.W. Markey
   Done and ordered this Jany 3rd 1885
