To the Hon. J.C. Gardner County Judge, acting as Judge of
Probate in and for said County;
   Your Petitioner would respectfully show unto your Honor
that Michael McCarroll decd late of said County, departed this
life on the 5th day of May 1885 having while he lived &
at the time of his death, goods chattels rights and
credits
   Your Petitioner would further show unto your Honor
that the said deceased made a Last Will and Testament
and nominated and appointed Your Petitioner and Robert
H. Hall of said County Executor of the same.
   Your Petitioner herewith presents the said Will and
prays that the same may be filed in said Court, allowed
and approved as the last Will and Testament of the
said decd. and further that the same be probated and
admitted to record and also that Letters Testamentary do
issue to the Executor named in the same and your
petitioner will ever pray & c

                 Whereas the Last Will and Testament of
Michael McCarroll decd. late of said County having been duly
proved by the affidavit of W.H. Williamson, all of the executors
named therein, in accordance with law, It is therefore 
ordered that the same be and is admitted to record, and that
Letters Testamentary do issue to the Executors W.H. Williamson
Robert H. Hall, named therein
   Done and ordered this May 8th 1885

                 Upon reading and considering the fore-
going petition and upon all examination of the Last Will &
Testament of Michael McCarroll, now of file in this office
   It is ordered by the Court that the said will be allowed &
appeared and admitted to proof
