State of Florida}   This Indenture Witnesseth that I Michael Mc
Alachua County  }   Carroll of the State and County above written
Knowing that it is appointed unto all men to die, and after
death judgment, and being now in poor health, but
sound in mind, do make this my last will and testament
in the name of God amen
   After my debts and funeral expenses are paid, to my
beloved daughter Susan I give and bequeath all that
part or portion of land Known as my homestead not
described by Nos; but the land upon which my dwelling
and Orange Grove is upon, to the number of Forty Acres
of land, more or less, together with the house and
household furniture, and all fixtures on the said
forty acres of land. I also bequeath and give to my
daughter Susan one horse of the average quality with
the Stock on hand at my death. The balance of the section (to-wit;) Sec
15 T 11, R 21, I devise to be equally divided between my three
Sons Michael G. McCarroll and Joseph McCarroll
Miles McCarroll, and my two daughters Sarah Patterson
and Mary Gustine. I also desire that the four acres of
land I own in the city of Gainesville Alachua County at
my death, to be equally divided between all of my
children, (to-wit;) My sons Joseph Michael & Miles, and my
daughters Susan, Sarah and Mary
   I also desire and request that all the Stock I
may own at the time of my death, including horses
hogs and cattle, shall be equally divided between
my three sons and three daughters, I also desire that
all lands, notes, mortgages, and money that may be
in hand and not now disposed of and given away
shall be collected and equally divided between my
six children above mentioned, I further request that
the note held by me against W.W. Williamson, and
secured by a mortgage shall be paid in the following
manner; the Said Williamson shall enclose with a good sub-
stantial plank fence, a piece of land as a family
burying ground, thirty feet long, running North, and
fifteen feet wide, also to purchasing and put in position
a nice Tomb on my grave, and one on my wife's
grave, When this is accomplished, the note for one
hundred and twenty dollars, secured by mortgage
shall be considered paid otherwise shall remain
in full force and virtue
   I hereby nominate and appoint W.H. Williamson
