State of Florida } This Indenture witnesseth, that I,
Alachua County } Michael McCarroll of the State and
County above mentioned, did on the 27th day of April
AD 1885 execute in writing my last will and testament
bequeathing to my Son Michael McCarroll certain un-
divided interest in certain lands, stock, bonds mortgages
& Money & c
Now in consideration of the natural love and affection
which I have for my son Michael & his wife, together with
the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid at the sealing
and delivery of these presents, I hereby bargain and sell give
grant and deliver to Mary E. McCarroll, the wife of my
son Michael all the interest rights titles & advantages which
may rest in the said Michael at the time of my death
or any and all claims he may have by reason of
and mentioned in my last will and testament executed
on the 27th day of April 1885.
To Have and to Hold said interest in fee simple &
behoof forever, against the lawful claims of all persons
both in law and Equity, with the full understanding
that Michael McCarroll has no claim upon my estate
either by will or otherwise, after my death
In Testimony Whereof, I hereby set my hand and
affix my seal, this the 29th day of April AD 1885
