The Pine Lands Club }
 This Deed, Made the Tenth day of January A.D. 1920
by W. James Watson and Grace Watson his wife of
the County of Levy State of Florida hereinafter
called the grantors to the Pine Lands Club, a
corporation of the County of Alachua State of
Florida hereinafter called the grantee. Witnesseth
That the said grantors, in consideration of Eight
Hundred ($800.00) Dollars, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does give, grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey
and confirm unto the said grantee, and
its heirs and assigns, in fee simple, the
lands situate in Alachua County, State of
Florida, described as follows:
The South half of the Southwest quarter
of Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) South
Range Fourteen (14) East, containing 80 acres
more or less. (S1/2 of SW1/4 Sec 14 Tp 10 R14)
To Have And To Hold the same together with
the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the
said grantee, and its heirs and assigns in
fee simple. And the said grantors, for them-
selves and their heirs and legal representatives
covenants with said grantee, its heirs and
legal representatives and assigns: That said grant
ors are . . . . indefeasibly seized of said lands
in fee simple; That said grantors have full
power and lawful right to convey said lands
in fee simple, as aforesaid; That it shall be
lawful for said grantee, it's heirs, legal rep-
resentatives and assigns, at all times peace
ably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy
and enjoy said land; That said land is free
from all encumbrances; That said grantors
their heirs and legal representatives, will make
such further reassurances to perfect the fee
simple title to said land in said grantee, its
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, as may
