This Indenture, Made this 21st day of November
A.D. 1919 between M.P. Bock and Margaret K.
Bock, his wife of the County of Pinellas in the
State of Florida, parties of the first part, and T.
B. Budinger of the County of Center in the State
of Pennsylvania, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
and other valuable considerations Dollars, to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained and sold to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate ly-
ing and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida, to-wit:
An undivided one-half interest in and to all
of Lot Three (3) of Section Ten (10) Township Ten
(10) South, Range Nineteen (19) East.
And the said parties of the first part do here
by fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.

first part have hereunto set their hands and
