Range Nineteen of Arredondo Grant for the Sum of 
Nine hundred and ninety-Seven 25/100 Dollars When which Said
purchase the Sum of seven hundred and forty seven 25/100 Dolls
is now due
     Now therefore the condition of this obligation is such
that if the Said above bounded Charles L. Wilson his heirs Executors
or administrators shall well and truly pay Unto the Said George
R. Fairbanks his heirs Executors administrators or assigns the
aforesaid Sum of Seven hundred and forty Seven Dollars
And twenty-five cents in manner following One third part
thereof on or before the first day of Jany 1851 one third part
on the first day of Jany 1852 and the remaining one third
part thereof on the first day of Jany 1853 with interest upon
the Whole amount to be paid at the rate of Six percent at
the respective times of payment, then this obligation to be
void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue

This Indenture made the first day of Sept. in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred & forty nine between
John d. Kerr of the District of Spring Garden in the County of
Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania Merchant and June
his wife of the one part and Patrick Lorimer of the Same
place Tailor, of the other part, Witnesseth that the Said John
D. Kerr and Jane his wife for and in consideration of the
sum of One thousand two hundred Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America Unto them well and truly paid by the
Said Patrick Lorimer at and before the Seating and delivering
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained Sold, aliened Enfeoffed, released & Confirmed
And by these presents do grant bargain Sell alien, enfeoff,
release And Confirm Unto the Said Patrick Lorimer his Heirs
