                       In the Circuit Court of Florida Fifth Judicial Circuit in and
                       for Alachua County = In Chancery

Florida under the firm name of H.F. Dutton & Company  } Bill to foreclose Mortgage

A.D. Wright, B.J. Potter R.G. Strange and E.B. Howell } Decree of Foreclosure
                  This cause coming on to be heard and the court being advised
in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed
as follows to wit: First That the defendants A.D. Wright and B.J. Potter are Justly
and legally indebted to the complainants in the sum of $156.65 principal and
interest to date on the mortgage and note sued upon and that the said defendants
A.D. Wright and B.J. Potter do pay the said sum, together with the costs of this
proceeding, within three days from date, or in default thereof, that J.A. Ammons, as
Special Master in Chancery, who is herein and hereby appointed as such Special
master to execute this decree, do levy upon advertise and sell, at the time and
place and in the manner prescribed by law all of the following described personal
property situated in Alachua County to wit: four large bay horses, now Employed
in hauling logs for B.J. Potter at his saw mill on section 24 Tp 9 S. Range 16 E
in Alachua County Florida, and that he deliver the said property to the purchaser
or purchasers thereof and therefor, and do make a bill of sale and deliver to said
purchaser or purchasers upon the payment of the purchase price therefor, and that he
do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of the said property to complainants
or to their solicitor sufficient to satisfy this decree and the proceeds, if any as
the Court may direct.
Second. That in the event the proceeds arising from the sale of the said property
shall be insufficient to pay the full amount of this decree, that said master do
report such deficiency to the Court, for such other and further order and decree
herein as may be deemed proper. Third, That after the sale of the said property
the said defendants A.D. Wright B.J. Potter R.G. Strange and E.B. Howell and
each of them, and all and every person or persons now claiming the said
property or any part thereof, by, through or under them or either of them do
thereafter stand absolutely and forever debarred and foreclosed of and from
all right or Equity of redemption of, in or to the said property and every
part and parcel thereof.
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida, on this 5th day of November
AD 1898
