James Welch et als }  A order of Court
           This cause coming on to be heard upon report of Master appointed to take
testimony It is ordered decreed that the property described in Complainants bill be
divided share and share alike, between Emma Davis, James Welch, Moses Welch
Allison Welch Violet McHenry, Docia Welch and Everline Welch, said property being
described as follows viz; Commencing at a Stake on the western boundary line of that
portion of section 34 in Township 9 south of Range 18 which lies out side of the
Arredondo grant which stake stands Twenty Two Hundred and Eighty feet North of
the south west corner of said section 34. Thence from said stake run East 2080
feet thence North 1705 feet Thence West 1110 feet, Thence North 1135 feet thence West
970 feet thence South 2840 feet to place of beginning. containing 108 acres of land
more or less. Excepting therefrom the portion sold to Wm Davis by said James
Welch, by deed recorded upon the public records of Alachua County Florida in
Deed Book 32 on page 437 described as follows viz; Commencing at a stake on
the Western boundary line of that portion of section 34 in Township 9 south of
Rane 18 East, which lies out side of the Arredondo Grant which stake stands
2280 feet North of the South West corner of said Section 34. Thence from said stake
running East 2080 feet Thence North 525 feet Thence West 280 feet thence South
525 feet to place of beginning, containing 25 acres of land more or less, all
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida. It is hereby further
ordered that S.C. Tucker Dave Buchannan John Whitaker and York Wright as
commissioners to make said division and partition of said property if the
same can be done without great prejudice to the owners thereof said
commissioners are hereby empowered to make deeds to said parties.
If said property can not be partitioned with great prejudice to the owners
thereof said commissioners will so report to this court.
