                          Deficiency Decree
    This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing to
the court from an inspection of the report of J.A. Ammons as Special Master
in Chancery that the mortgaged property set forth and described in the decree
herein has been sold at public outcry and that there was not a sufficient
amount realized from the sale thereof to pay complainants decree and that
there is still due to the complainant upon the decree heretofore rendered in
this cause the sum of $753.61 and the Court being advised in the premises
thereupon upon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that
the complainant the Atlanta National Building and Loan Association do
have and recover of and from the said F.M. Weight defendant the said
sum of $753.61 and that an execution do issue upon this decree for such
deficiency and costs as at common law as provided by the statute and
rules of practice in such cases.
Done and ordered at Chambers at Bronson Fla this 22d day of November

          This cause coming on to be further heard, and a decree pro confesso
having been duly entered up against the defendants for failure to answer complainants
bill of complaint as required by order of the court, and complainants' solicitor
moving for a final decree, and having filed in evidence the original note and
mortgage sued upon and affidavit as to attorneys' fees, and the court being
advised in the premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered,
adjudged & decreed, as follows to wit: First; - That the defendants are justly and
legally indebted to the complainant in the sum of $267.33 for principal and
interest due upon said note and mortgage to date, and the further sum of
$125.00 as solicitors fee allowed the complainants' solicitor for the foreclosure
of the mortgage herein; and that the defendants do pay the said sums
together with the costs of this suit, to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court
