                    within 15 days from date; or in default thereof that J.A. Ammons Esq who is herein
                    and hereby appointed as Special Master in Chancery to execute this decree, do advertise
                    and sell at the time and place, and in the manner prescribed by law all of that
                    certain lot tract, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and being in the county of 
                    Alachua, State of Florida, and particularly known, distinguished and described
                    as follows to wit: lot number one (1) in block number twenty six (26) in the town of
                    Waldo Alachua County Florida which said lot is described in the town map by P.W.
                    O. Koerner, Together with all and singular, the rights, tenements, hereditaments and
                    appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and that the said
                    Master do make and execute a proper deed of conveyance to and for the said property to the
                    said property to the purchaser or purchasers thereof and therefor; that he do pay the
                    proceeds arising from the sale of the said property to the complainant or to her solicitor of
                    record, sufficient to satisfy said decree, fees and costs, and the overplus if any as
                    the court may direct and do put the purchaser or purchasers in possession of the
                    said property. Second - that in the event the proceeds arising from the sale of the said
                    property are insufficient to pay this decree fees & costs, then in that case, that the said
                    Master do report such deficiency to the Court for such other and further order and decree
                    herein, as may be deemed proper.
                    3rd, That after the sale of said property, said defendants Sarah L. & J.B. Mattair, her
                    husband, & all & every person or persons now claiming the said property, or who may
                    hereafter claim the same or any part thereof, by through or under them or either of them
                    do thereafter stand absolutely & forever debarred and foreclosed of and from all right
                    or equity of redemption, of in and to the said property, and every part and parcel
                    thereof. Done and ordered at Chambers at Palatka Florida, on this 11th day of November
                    AD 1898

                                  This cause came on this day to be heard upon the motion of
                    defendants to dissolve the injunction herein granted upon the bill of complaint
                    and demurrer of defendants thereto, and notice and upon consideration thereof the Court
                    being fully advised in the premises. It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
                    said injunction granted by the court commissioner herein on the 5th October AD 1898
                    and issued by the Clerk the same day be and the same is hereby dissolved, the demurrer
                    is sustained and the bill in the cause is hereby dismissed
