                In the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of the state

        V                                        } Final Judgment
Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company }
                  This cause coning on for final Judgment, and it appearing to the Court
that the defendant demurrer to the plaintiffs sole replication to the 9th plea has been
sustained and that said plea is to the whole declaration and further that the defendants
demurrer to the sole replication to the 10th plea has been sustained and that said plea
is to the whole declaration and further that the defendant's demurrer to the sole
replication to the 11th plea has been sustained and that said plea is to the whole
declaration and further that said pleas severally stand confessed of record
and no application is made for an allowance to file an amended or new pleading
It is thereupon considered that the defendant, the Liverpool and London and
Globe Insurance Company, a foreign corporation organized under the laws of
Great Britain and doing business in the State  of Florida, go hence without
day and recover of the plaintiff W.H. Tillis, its costs herein taxed at $8.08
the costs to be taxed by the Clerk

             Now comes the complainant and asks for an order
revoking the order made on the 5th day of November 1898 appointing
W.S. Broome Master in above cause and for an order appointing
R.E. Davis a practicing attorney in active practice as master in place
and stead of said W.S. Broome the said W.S. Broome having retired from
the practice of law and refusing to serve herein.

 The above and foregoing motion coming on to be heard it is hereby
ordered that the order appointing W.S. Broome Master to take the
testimony in above cause be revoked and amended and that
R.E. Davis a practicing attorney in active practice be and is hereby
appointed master to take testimony in this cause and to report
