consenting to decree herein as prayed in complainants' bills of complaint
and the receiver having filed his report of the sale of the real estate and
personal property that came into his hands as receiver and this cause having
been set down upon the bills of Complainants and the answer for final
hearing and due notice having been given of this application for decree
and for confirmation of the report of the Receiver thereupon, upon consideration
hereof, it is ordered adjudged and decreed as follows to wit:
1st, That the report of George K. Broome Receiver filed in this cause on
the 27th day of January AD 1898 be and the same is herein and hereby
confirmed in every particular and the expenses and fees charged in
said account as reported by said Receiver are herein and hereby allowed
and he is authorized to retain such moneys and apply as therein stated
and he is further authorized to retain and pay the costs of this
proceeding to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court out of the funds
now remaining in his hands as such Receiver.
2nd - It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the sale of
the stock of Goods, accounts and other personal property made by
the said Receiver be and the same is, herein and hereby confirmed and
the sale of the real estate is herein and hereby confirmed and the
said G.K. Broome Receiver is herein and hereby authorized and
directed to make execute and deliver to the several purchasers of and
for said real estate, good and sufficient title deed, or deeds to and for
the several pieces or parcels of real estate so sold by him to the said
purchasers, pursuant to his said report, as provided by law and the
rules of practice in such cases.
3rd - That the prayers of Complainants be and are herein and hereby
granted, and that the said defendant is indebted to the said complainant
H.F. Dutton & Company in the sum of $1750.43, for principal and
interest to date and is indebted to Complainant, George K. Broome
in the sum of $7,678.31 - for principal and interest to date; and is
indebted to complainants, Stringfellow Brothers in the sum of
$2592.60; and is indebted to Complainants, Walker Brothers & Company
in the sum of $223.06; and is indebted to Complainants, The C.M.
Hapgood Shoe Company in the sum of $207.35; and is indebted to
complainant J.P. Logan in the sum of $229.98; and is indebted to
complainants, William Meyer & Company in the sum of $23.08; and is
indebted to complainants J. Kyle & Co in the sum of $221.68; and
is indebted to complainants, Farrior & Studley in the sum of $115.65;
and is indebted to complainants, Strauss Brothers in the sum of
$272.16, and is indebted to complainants, Nechsler Lanfor & Company
in the sum of $72.25; and is indebted to complainants, The Sachs
Shoe manufacturing Company in the sum of $111.30; and is indebted
to the complainants, the Kalamazoo Corset Company in the sum of
$63.21; and is indebted to complainants, R.E. Bonar & Company, in
the sum of $152.00; and is indebted to complainants, Phillips & Meyers
Manufacturing Company in the sum of $178.08, and is indebted
to complainants, the New Idea Pattern Company in the sum of $6.95;
