(57.36) dollars for the solicitors fees in said cause. It is therefore upon
consideration thereof considered ordered adjudged and decreed by the
court as follows to wit: That the defendants do pay to the complainant
or to B.A. Thrasher solicitor for complainant on or before the 5th day 
of December AD 1898 the sum of two hundred and forty eight 68/100
($248.68) dollars and also the sum of fifty seven 36/100 ($57 36/100) Dollars
hereby allowed for solicitors fees in said cause: to B.A. Thrasher complainants
solicitor of record herein and the cost of said suit to be taxed by the 
Clerk of said Court: That the default of said payment being made as aforesaid by
defendants herein that cause the said mortgaged premises mentioned in the
bill of complaint in this cause as that certain piece parcel or tract of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: Beginning at the North east corner of lot thirty nine (39)
of lot one (1) of the Moses E. Levy grant and running thence West along the north
boundary line of said lot Thirty nine (39) Six (6) chains and Nineteen (19) links to corner &
place of commencement, thence west along said boundary line five (5) chains and six
(6) links to a corner thence south four (4) chains and twenty two (22) links to a corner Thence
west one (1) chain and Thirty seven and a half (27 1/2) links to a corner thence south
parallel with the east boundary line of said lot thirty nine (39) Twenty (20) chains -
links to a corner on the south boundary line of said lot Thirty nine (39) Thence East along
said boundary line six (6) chains and forty three (43) links to a corner thence North (24)
twenty four chains and (22) twenty two links to place of commencement or so much
of said premises as may be sufficient to realize the amount of $246.86 so due the complainant
together with interest at the rate of (8%) Eight percent per annum from the 26th day of Nov-
AD 1898 to the day of sale. To be sold at public auction by the Special Master herein named
by the Court after due and legal notice of the time and place of such sale as by statute
required and that said Special Master execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers at such
sale a good and sufficient deed or deeds for so much or such part of said mortgaged premises as shall
be sold at such sale and do put said purchaser or purchasers in possession thereof. That said
Special Master out of the proceeds of said sale he pay to B.A. Thrasher solicitor for complainant his
fees $57.36 and shall also retain his fees and commission on said sale That he pay to the
officer of the court their costs within suit and out of the remainder of said proceeds pay to
complainant or his solicitor B.A. Thrasher for him the sum of $248.68 together with
interest on the same from the 26th of November 1898 to date of sale If such remainder after
paying solicitors fees costs and expenses of sale be insufficient to pay the whole of said amount
as aforesaid then that he apply the said remainder to the extent to which it may reach
in satisfaction of said amount and that said Special master take receipts from the
respective parties to whom he may have made payment as aforesaid and put the same 
together with his report of sale in this Court and that in case the said premises shall sell
for more than sufficient to pay the principal costs and solicitors fees as aforesaid then
that said Special master after making payments as aforesaid turn the said surplus
over to the defendants or their solicitor of record taking receipts therefor It is therefore
Ordered adjudged and decreed that the defendants Fred. Watson & Peggy Watson and all persons
claiming by through or under them be forever barred & foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption
in and to said described mortgaged premises and that the said defendant Peggy Watson be forever barred &
foreclosed of all & from all dower or right of dower in and to said mortgaged premises or any
part thereof And it is further ordered that R.E. Davis a practicing attorney at law be #
