It is further ordered by the Court that the defendant be granted
permission to plead over, on or before the Rule day in January 1899

            Motion to strike third plea
   And now comes the plaintiff by their attorney W.H. Hampton
and move the Court to strike the third plead filed in said cause upon
the calling of the docket.
        And now said motion being submitted to the Court and
argued and the Court being advised in the premises doth decide
and order that said motion be granted to which ruling and order
of the Court the defendant by his attorney then and there excepted
  It is further ordered by the Court that the defendant be granted
permission to plead over on or before the Rule day in January 1899
        Whereupon Court adjourned until 9 oclock tomorrow
morning
