Wednesday December 14th
in manner & form as follows: The sentence of the law is
that you William Walker be imprisoned by confinement
in the State Prison at hard labor for one year
State of Florida }
vs } Breaking and Entering with intent
Henry Kelly } to commit a misdemeanor
And now this cause coming on to be heard
Syd L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name
and by authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
Henry Kelly appearing in open Court in his proper person
was arraigned, and upon his arraignment pleaded guilty
as charged in the indictment against him

And now the prisoner being in open
Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
to say why the sentence of the law should not be
passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner in
manner and form as follows: the sentence of the law
is that you Henry Kelly be imprisoned by confinement
in the State Prison at hard labor for one year
Whereupon Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock

and made the following report to wit
