                                 Fall Term AD 1898
                              Wednesday December 14th
           in manner & form as follows: The sentence of the law is
           that you William Walker be imprisoned by confinement
           in the State Prison at hard labor for one year

           State of Florida }
                    vs      } Breaking and Entering with intent
           Henry Kelly      } to commit a misdemeanor
                    And now this cause coming on to be heard
           Syd L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name
           and by authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
           Henry Kelly appearing in open Court in his proper person
           was arraigned, and upon his arraignment pleaded guilty
           as charged in the indictment against him

           State of Florida }
(Sentence)         vs       } Sentence
           Henry Kelly      }
                          And now the prisoner being in open
           Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
           to say why the sentence of the law should not be
           passed upon him saith nothing
                 Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner in
           manner and form as follows: the sentence of the law
           is that you Henry Kelly be imprisoned by confinement
           in the State Prison at hard labor for one year
               Whereupon Court adjourned until tomorrow
           morning at Nine Oclock

                     - Thursday December 15th 1898 -
             Court met pursuant to adjournment of yester his
                      Honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding
             Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open Court
           and made the following report to wit

           State of Florida }  Indictment for breaking & Entering
                  vs        } with intent to commit a misdemeanor
           Arthur Davis     }     A True Bill
                            James M. Everett Foreman Grand Jury
           State Witnesses R.B. Rives J.B. Stroble
