             Whereupon the Court appointed N.M. Allred Assistant
           State Attorney who was accordingly sworn in as such by the
           Clerk of this Court

                  V         } Breaking & Entering with intent to
           Arthur Davis     } commit a misdemeanor
                         And now this cause coming on to be heard
           Syd L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name and by
           authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner Arthur
           Davis who had been arraigned herein to day and pleaded
           not guilty now in open Court withdraws his plea of not
           guilty and Enters a plea of guilty as alleged in the indictment
           against him.

                          And now the prisoner being in open Court
           for sentence was demanded if he had anything to say
           why the sentence of the law should not be passed upon
           him saith nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced the
           prisoner in manner and form as follows: the sentence of the
           law is that you Arthur Davis be imprisoned by confinement
           in the State prison at hard labor for one year
