and is indebted to Complainants, The Atlanta Paper Company in the sum of
$50.13; and is indebted to Complainants C.E. Graham & Company in the sum of
$84.72; and is indebted to Complainants, J.H. Harding & Company in the sum
of $78.52; and is indebted to Complainants, Wallace Elliott & Company, in the
sum of $203.85 and is indebted to Complainants, The Meriden Britania
Company in the sum of $17.58; and is indebted to Complainants; The Coats
Thread Company in the sum of $41.85; and is indebted to Complainants
Everett, Heaney & Company in the sum of $89.65; and is indebted to
Complainants, the United Shirt and Collar Company in the sum of $56.75;
and is indebted to Complainants, Armstrong Cator & Company in the sum of
$336.55; for Merchandise and and two promissory notes for $490.00; and
in indebted to Complainant Mrs F.S. Alexander in the sum of $457.41; and is
indebted to the H.S. Albright & Company in the sum of $149.10; and is indebted
to Complaints Simpson, Crawford and Simpson in the sum of $147.02; and
is indebted to Complainants the National Jewelry Company in the sum of
$44.05. And that said several complainants are entitled to their pro rata
of the assets in the hands of G.K. Broome Receiver after the expenses of
such Receivership and of this suit shall have been paid and said G.K.
Broome as Receiver, as aforesaid is herein and hereby authorized and directed
to make pro rata distribution of all moneys then remaining in his hands
among the several complainants, share and share alike, as well as to such
other creditors as may file their claims herein before the distribution of
said funds. And thereafter that said Receiver do make his report
of said distribution, together with vouchers to this Court for further
order and decree herein
4th- That the Injunction issued herein be and the same is herein and
hereby made perpetual

This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing from the affidavit of G.K. Broome, Receiver and the affidavit
of T.B. Stringfellow, one of the creditors of the said defendant, that the stock of goods and accounts involveyed in this suit
will not yield a sufficient amount to pay the creditors of the said defendant, and the Court being advised in the premises
thereupon consideration hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the real estate set forth and described in Complainants
bill of complaint, be sold as soon as practicable at public or private sale, by the said G.K. Broome, Receiver in
conformity to the prayer of complainants bill of complaint, for the purpose of paying the debts of said defendant, as prayed
therein; and that said Receiver do report such sale to this Court for confirmation and for such other and further order as
may be proper in the premises Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida on this 8th day of Jany AD 1895
