 Court met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday his
Honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding

   In Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida
         Alachua County Fall Term 1898
 It being necessary to hold this Term of the court during
the 2d week therefore the Judge of the Court in the presence
of the Clerk & Sheriff drew from the box containing the names
of persons selected for juries for Alachua County Florida for 1898
the following named persons to serve as petit jurors for the
2d week of this term Viz

M.H. Ormond  R.L. Stringfellow  D.A. Miller  Monroe Venable
D.W.L. Barton  J.W. Exley   L.O. Zetrouer   W.A. Vaughn
  The Clerk will issue a Venire for the above named
persons returnable on the 19th day of December 1898 at 9 oclock a.m.
