of possession do issue as prayed for in the petition

This cause coming on to be heard
upon the motion of defendants to dissolve the Injunction
issued herein upon the coming in of answers of defendants, and
it appearing to the Court that an agreement having been entered
into, and predicated thereon, an order having been made
allowing the defendants to remove and sell the cross ties
already cut upon the land upon certain conditions set forth in the
order, dated the 4th of November, 1897 and the Court being
advised in the premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof
it is ordered and adjudged that said motion be and the same
is herein and hereby denied without prejudice.
And Complainant's solicitor moving to amend its bill of complaint
by making new parties, and in other particulars, and no objection
being made to said application, and the Court being advised in the
premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof it ordered, adjudged
and decreed that Complainant have leave to amend its bill
of Complaint as it may deem proper on or before the 20th day
of February, A.D. 1898, and that defendants have leave to
answer said bill on or before April rule day, AD 1898.
Done and ordered at Chambers, at Ocala, Florida on this
the 1st day of Feby A.D. 1898.
