                         Fall Term A.D. 1898.
                         Thursday December 22d

         Court met this day pursuant to adjournment of yesterday his
         Honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding

         Victoria Florida   }
         Phosphate Company  }
               Appellant    }
                Vs          }
         A.P. Malloy & Co   }
                   Appellee }
                        And now this cause coming on to be heard the
         parties plaintiff and defendant being in open Court by their
         respective attornies the judgment of the County Court is affirmed
         and the case remanded for further proceedings

         State of Florida   }
Sentence         V          } Larceny of Animals
         Paul Washington    }      Sentence
                       And now the prisoner Paul Washington
         being in open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
         anything to say why sentence of the law should not be passed
         upon him saith nothing
              Whereupon the court sentenced the prisoner in manner
         and form as follows: the sentence of the law is that you
         Paul Washington be imprisoned by confinement in the
         State Prison at hard labor for two years.

Sentence          V       } Receiving and aiding in concealment
         May Rizor        }          of stolen goods
                    And now the prisoner May Rizor being in open
         Court for Sentence being demanded if he had anything
         to say why the sentence of the law should not be passed
         upon him saith nothing.
                   Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
         in manner and form as follows: the sentence of the
         law is that you May Rizor be imprisoned by confinement
         in the State Prison at hard labor for two years

                 Whereupon Court adjourned until 9 Oclock
         tomorrow morning
