defendant J.A. Carlisle Trustee from the interlocutory order made by
this Court on December 15 1898 overruling and denying the demurrer of said
defendant to the complainants bill of complaint, do operate as a supersedeas, and
that the proceedings herein be stayed as to said defendant, upon the said
defendant giving a supersedeas bond in the sum of $300.00 conditioned to pay
to the Complainants all costs and damages which said complainants may
sustain, by reason of the said bill in the event the said order so appealed
from be affirmed by the supreme Court of Florida, said bond to be approved
by the Clerk of said Court
