                   In the Circuit Court of Alachua County Florida
  A majority of the members of the Bar of Alachua County having presented to
the undersigned Judge a petition asking the appointment of J.A. Ammons Esq
a member of the Bar of Alachua County Florida as Court Commissioner in and
for said county and state and that upon his complying with the requirements of
section 1565 of the Revised Statutes of Florida he be invested with all the powers
and authorized to perform this function of Court Commissioner under the
constitution and laws of Florida

                        In Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit in and for
                         Alachua County In Chancery
M.U. Wright a minor by his } Petition for Removal of disabilities
next friend H.G. Mason     }
               This cause coming on to be heard upon the petition filed
herein and upon a consideration of the said petition and the affidavits and
proofs filed with the same, and also upon a personal examination and
inquiry of the said minor M.U. Wright, and it appearing from such proofs
and examination that the said minor is over the age of Eighteen Years
and is of fair Education good moral character and is qualified by experience to
take care of and control his property and interests:
It is therefore considered ordered and decreed that the disabilities of non-
age of the said M.U. Wright be and the same are hereby removed, and
that he be, and hereby is authorized to contract and be contracted with
to sue and be sued and to do and perform all other acts and things that
he could do and perform if twenty one years of age.
Done and ordered at Gainesville County and state aforesaid this 20th
day of December AD 1898
