annexed to said report, and upon consideration thereof, it appearing to the
satisfaction of the Court that the allegation of desertion charged in
complainants bill is true, and that the defendant did willfully and obstinately
desert the complainant, therefore it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the
marital relation between the complainant and the defendant be dissolved and
that the complainant Elizabeth Johnson be forever free from the bonds of
matrimony

This cause coming on this day to be heard upon
application of complainants solicitor for a final decree herein upon
consideration thereof and it appearing to the Court that there is due complainant
on his debt secured by the mortgage filed as an exhibit in this cause
the sum of Fifty Eight dollars and ninety five cents, it is adjudged ordered
and decreed that unless the said Andrew Fleming within ten days from
this date pay the said debt with the costs of this proceeding together
with an attorney's fee of thirty dollars to complainants solicitor it appearing
to the Court from Evidence before it that said fee is reasonable and
proper. That the mortgaged premises described in the bill of
complaint in this cause to wit. Ten acres of land lying in the south
West corner of South half of Lot 11 sec 6 Township 8 s Range 20 E be
sold at public auction for cash at the door of the Court House of
