Final Decree
This cause coming on for Final hearing and it appearing
from the testimony that complainants bill is proven
and that the payer of said bill should be granted
It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that
the payer of said bill be granted and that L.W. Fennell
as sheriff of Alachua County Florida and Samuel H.
Eckeman and Abraham Vetsburg partners and merchants
doing business in name of Eckeman & Vetsburg are
perpetually enjoined and restrained and their agents and
attorneys and any one by through or under them are
perpetually enjoined and restrained from selling or
offering for sale under a Judgment rendered in the
case of said Eckeman & Vetsburg against P.W. Warren
complainant herein rendered in the County Court of
Alachua County Florida on the 11th day of June 1897
The following property Viz Beginning at the North East
Corner of lot 15 in subdivision of Lot (12) Twelve according
to a Map of W.C. Miller recorded in deed Book K at
page 203 of the records of said county and running West
315 feet Thence south 138 feet thence East 315 feet Thence
North 138 feet to the point of beginning situated lying and
being in Alachua County Florida
It is hereby further adjudged and decreed that the
above described property be and the same is decreed to be
the homestead of complainant herein the said P.W. Warren
and it is further ordered that the Defendants herein pay
the cost of this proceeding and that the same be taxed by
the Clerk of this Court Done and ordered this 2nd Feby
