said Alachua County to pay the same, that notice of the time and place of
sale be published thirty days in the sun a news paper published in the City
of Gainesville, Alachua County Florida, That H.G. Mason Esq is hereby appointed
Special Master to execute this decree, that said Master execute a deed to the
purchaser of said mortgaged premises on said sale That out of the proceeds of sale
he pay the costs of this suit retain for his services the fees allowed by law for said
services, pay to the complaints solicitor the sum of thirty dollars as attorneys fees
and the balance of the proceeds of said sale pay to the complainant in payment
as far as it will go of the amount due him. Should there be any surplus
money arising from sale after payments above directed said Master shall bring
the same into court to abide the further order thereof. It is further ordered
adjudged and decreed that should said sale take place the defendants in this
cause and all persons claiming by through or under them be forever barred
and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption and claim of in and to said
mortgage premises. Done and ordered at Chambers in Gainesville this 20th day

chains and 70 links to a light wood post marked "B" thence North
