                         This cause coming on to be heard upon the bill and affidavit
in this cause and after due notice to the defendant and the court being advised in the
premises thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered adjudged and decreed
that a Receiver be appointed as prayed for upon complainants giving bond in the
sum of $2000.00 conditioned according to law; and that an Injunction do issue as
prayed for at once and that George K. Broome, be and he is hereby appointed as Receiver
herein and that he be required before entering upon the discharge of his duties as such
Receiver to give bond in the sum of $8000.00 conditioned as required by the statute
and that the said Receiver do at once take charge of said stock of goods and
merchantile business of said defendant contained in the store Building in Gainesville
Alachua County Florida and of all accounts and other evidences of indebtedness
pertaining thereto and that he proceed at once to make public or private sale
in bulk or otherwise, as may in his Judgment be deemed for the best interests to this
court, and said Receiver is authorized to employ such agents as *** be necessary
for the proper management of said business until he shall have disposed of
said property. It is further ordered that the said Receiver do take charge
of the said real estate and collect the rents and profits arising therefrom
pending this litigation and that said Receiver do make application to the
court from time to time for such further and other orders as may be deemed
proper and that the said defendant be required to turn over and surrender
to said Receiver possession of said property rights and credits, pursuant
to this order.
Done and ordered at Chambers, at Ocala, Florida, this 3rd day of December
