being advised in the premises: It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the that the
first exception to the said Master's Report be and the same is hereby sustained to the
Extent of $61.00 decreed by the Court to have been found by the Master in excess of the
actual amount due. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the second
Exception of defendants to the Master's Report be and the same is hereby sustained;
the third exception to said report be and the same is hereby overruled; that the
fourth, fifth and sixth exceptions to said report be and they, and each of them is,
hereby sustained, and the seventh exception to said report be and it is hereby overruled.
It appearing to the Court form the pleadings and evidence in the cause that the deed
from Ellis to L'Engle conveyed to the said L'Engle only a life estate in the lands
described therein and it further appearing that the said L'Engle has since the Execution
of said conveyance departed this life, the Court finds that the life Estate of the said
L'Engle has determined and that the fee in said land is vested in defendant Ellis,
and therefore finds the equities of this cause to be with complainant, and so
decrees, and that said land is subject to the foreclosure of complainant's said
mortgage, and directs that a final decree of foreclosure, not inconsistent with
this order be prepared by complainant and submitted to the Court for entry

             This cause coming on to be heard upon complainants
application for a final decree herein, and the court being satisfied that
the allegations in complainants bill of complaint have been sustained;
It is hereby ordered considered and adjudged and decreed that the contract
of Marriage heretofore entered into by and between Della Wilson the
complainant and W.H. Wilson the Defendant be and the same is hereby            forever
set aside and for no further force and effect and they are hereby declared to be ^ divorced
a vincula Matrimonii with each other at chambers at Ocala Fla This Feby
