In the matter of Application for sale        }
of Real Estate &c of Ned E. Farrell Deceased }
                                      Decree of Confirmation etc
This cause coming on to be further heard, and the several commissioners appointed
by decree of this Court made and rendered on the 10th of September, 1896, to make sale
of the real estate situated in the several counties of Alachua, Bradford and Putnam,
and also to make sale of the personal property of and belonging to the estate
of Ned E. Farrell deceased having filed their reports, and due and legal notice
of the application for confirmation of said several sales having been given and
published according to law as shown by the affidavits of publication filed herein, and the
court being advised in the premises thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered
adjudged and decreed as follows, to wit: First: That the report of sale made by Thomas E.
Bugg Commissioner filed herein on the 26th day of March 1897 be and is herein and
hereby confirmed in every particular, and the said Thomas E. Bugg, Commissioner
is authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to Carrie B. Farrell a
good and sufficient deed of conveyance to and for all of those certain lots or tracts
of land situated, lying and being in the County of Bradford, in the state of
Florida, and known and described as follows, to wit:
The South half of Lot one (1) in section twenty two, Township eight (8) South
of Range twenty two (22) East, containing Nineteen and 15/100 acres (19.15) of
land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and apurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, upon the
payment by her of the purchase price thereof and therefor, to wit: Twenty five
Dollars ($25.00) and said Commissioner is further authorized to retain his fees
and expenses and expenses and to pay over the over plus if any to Carrie B.
Farrell as Executrix of the last Will and Testament of Ned E. Farrell deceased
Secondly: That the report of Walter M. Davis, Commissioner, filed herein on the
26th day of March 1897, be and is herein and hereby confirmed in every particular
and the said Walter M. Davis, Commissioner is authorized and directed
to make, execute and deliver to the purchaser Carrie B. Farrell, a good and
sufficient deed to and for all of those lots or tracts of land situated, lying
and being in the county of Putnam in the State of Florida, and known and
described as follows, to wit: The North West quarter of the North East quarter,
the North West quarter, the South half of the South West quarter, the South half
of the South East quarter, the North West quarter of the south East quarter
West half of the South East quarter of South East quarter, the West half of
the North East quarter of South East quarter, all in section Seventeen
Township nine south of range Twenty three East, containing four hundred
and fifty acres of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, upon the payment by her of the purchase price thereof and therefor,
to wit: the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and the said commissioner do retain
his costs and fees and do pay over the over plus to Carrie B. Farrell, as
Executrix of and for the last Will and testament of Ned E. Farrell, deceased
Third; That the said report of B.F. Hampton, Commissioner, filed herein on the 26th
