day of March AD 1897 be and is herein and hereby confirmed in every particular, and
the said B.F. Hampton, commissioner is authorized and directed to make, execute
and deliver to the purchaser of and for the said property, to wit: Carrie B. Farrell a
good and sufficient deed to and for the said property to wit:
All of those certain lots or tracts of land situated, lying and being in Alachua County
Florida and particularly described as follows to wit: The West half of the North East
quarter of the south West quarter of Section 14 in Township 8 South of Range 21 East
containing Twenty seven (27) acres of land, also the North East quarter of North west
quarter of section 24, in township 8, South of Range 21 East, containing forty
(40) acres of land. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. And also do transfer to
her the said Carrie B. Farrell two shares of stock in the Florida Fruit Exchange upon
the payment by the said Carrie B. Farrell of the purchase price thereof and therefor
of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) for the said real estate, and fifty Dollars
($50.) for the said stock in the said Florida Fruit Exchange, that said commissioner
will retain his fees and expenses herein and do pay over the over plus that may
be in his hands to Carrie B. Farrell, as Executrix of the last will and testament
of Ned E. Farrell deceased. And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the said Carrie B. Farrell, as Executrix as aforesaid, do pay out of the proceeds
arising from the sale of the said property that may come into her hands
the cost of this proceeding, including all costs of publication, and that
she do retain out of said monies all taxes paid by her as shown by the
account attached to her petition in this cause, being three hundred thirty
seven and 96/100 Dollars ($337.96) and such other taxes as she may have paid
since filing of said report, and that said administratrix be also allowed to
pay such attorneys' fees as she may have contracted for conducting these
proceedings, and that she apply the balance of the funds remaining
in her hands towards the payment of the Claims that were filed with
her as executrix as aforesaid against the Estate of Ned E. Farrell deceased
pro rata, according to their several amounts and do take proper receipts
therefor. Done and ordered at Chambers at Gainesville Florida, on this 11th
day of May AD 1897
