filed as an exhibit in this cause the sum of One Hundred and Thirty 06/100 Dollars
principal and interest: it is adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the said
Benjamin Drayton and Nancy Drayton within five days from this date pay the
said debt with the costs of this proceeding together with an attorneys fee of Thirty
Eight Dollars to Complainants solicitor, it appearing to the Court from evidence
before it that said fee is reasonable and proper; that the mortgaged premises
described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit: The North half of
the West half of Lot Number Eight (8) of, and within the Napier Grant
comprising ten (10) acres of land be sold at public auction auction for cash
at the door of the Court House of said Alachua County to pay the same;
that notice of the time and place of sale be published for thirty days in the
Weekly Sun a newspaper published at Gainesville in said County; that J.M. Rivers
is hereby appointed a Special Master to Execute this decree that said Master
execute a deed to the purchaser of said Mortgaged premises on said sale;
that out of the proceeds of sale he pay the costs of this suit, retain for his
services the fees allowed him by law for such services; pay to Complainants solicitors
the sum of Thirty Eight Dollars as Attorneys fees and the balance of the purchase
money pay any to the complainant in payment as far as it will go of the amount
due him. Should there be surplus money arising from sale after payments
above directed said Master shall bring the same into Court to abide the further
order thereof. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale
take place the defendants in this cause and all persons, claiming, by through
or under them be forever barred and forclosed of and from all equity of
redemption and claim of in and to said Mortgaged premises.
  Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida, this 17th day of February

This cause came on to be heard and was argued by counsel, and the Court
