                         On motion of appellants by their solicitor it is adjudged
ordered and decreed that the appeal taken from the interlocutory orders entered in
this cause do operate as a supersedeas, and stay of proceedings to the said
interlocutory decrees upon the appellants filing a bond payable to the appellees in
said cause with two good and sufficient obligors to be approved by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County in the sum of $250.00 conditioned to pay the
appellees or either of them any and all damages and costs they may sustain by
reason of the appeal if the same shall be dismissed or the orders appealed from
affirmed

                          In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial Circuit of
                          Florida in and for Alachua County = In Chancery
Hubbard & Macduff Complainants }
       v                       } Foreclosure of Lien
Wells Mining Co et al          }                Motion
      Come now the complainants in the cause above styled, by their
undersigned solicitor, and show to the Court that on 28th december,
1897, a final decree was entered in above cause based on decree pro
confesso against all the parties defendant thereto, and that in and by
said final decree Evans Haile, Esqr was appointed a Special Master
in Chancery of this Court to Execute the same; that said Master
has this day filed with the Court his report showing full
Execution of said final decree, and submitting receipts and vouchers
for costs paid by complainant, and reporting and stating the
deficiency Existing in payment of said final decree after applying
thereto and allowing thereon the sum reported as bidden at the sale
and that on the 7th February 1898, the day of making said sale, he
executed and delivered to the complainants in said cause a deed of the property
described in the bill and decree; and complainants now move the Court for
the entry of an order confirming said sale as reported and ratifying the
execution and delivery of said Master's Deed of conveyance, and for a
Judgment for the deficiency shown by said report
