in default of said payment as aforesaid by said defendants then in that case, that the
said mortgaged property mentioned in the bill of complaint to wit: One 60 H.P. Side Crank Steam
Engine 14"X 20" Cylinder, and one 66" X 16 ft Tubular Steel Boiler, and one Double Log washer, and
one cylindrical Rinser and one 16" X 12" X 12" Duplex Steam Pump and two 36" X 24"
Friction Drum Hoist and one Steel Pan Conveyer, and six sets of mining cars & tippels and
one thousand feet 9/16" wire rope and 30 ft 2 15/16" shaftings and couplings, two tons of
              one
steel rails and^hundred and fifty feet 3" pipe and 72 ft of 12" belt and seventy two
feet 10" belt and one bellows, one anvil and vise and drill, and all fittings to make said
machinery complete, said Engine, Boiler and Log washer and Picker Belt and Rinser and
Drum Hoist and mining cars were made by W.T. Adams Machine Company of Corinth
Mississippi and said Pump was made by the Still Well Burke Smith rails Company Dayton
Ohio All the above described property being situate at what is known as the Newberry Mine
upon the land described as sec 13 Tp 9 S R 16 E in Alachua County Florida or so much of
said mortgaged property as may be sufficient to satisfy the amount due the complainant
and also the costs of this suit including solicitor's fees aforesaid, and the disbursements and
commissions on the sales herein mentioned and which may be sold separately without material
Injury to the parties interested, be sold at public auction with in the legal hours of sale on
a legal sale day for cash to the highest and best bidder; that said sale be made at
said Newberry Mine where said property is located in the County of Alachua; that
Bryant D. Hiers Esq be and he is hereby appointed Special Master in Chancery at this
Court to execute this decree; that he give public notice of the time and place of
said sale by previously publishing the same for the space of thirty days in a newspaper
published in the County of Alachua and tate of Florida, and that the complainant
or any of the parties in this cause may become the purchaser or purchasers at said
sale; that the said Special Master on such sale being made and confirmed execute
a proper bill of sale to the purchaser or purchasers of said property or any portion
thereof. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Special Master
retain his fees, disbursements and commissions on said sale out of the proceeds thereof
and that he pay the officers of this court their costs in this suit and pay to the
complainants solicitor his fees for foreclosing said mortgage as herein allowed;
that out of the remainder of said proceeds he pay to the complainant or its solicitor
of record the sum of two thousand seven hundred and eight and 72/100 Dollars together
with legal interest thereon from the date of this decree to the day of sale, or if
said remainder should be insufficient to pay the whole of said amount and
interest as aforesaid, then that he apply the said remainder to the extent to which
    reach
it may^in satisfaction thereof; that the said Special Master take receipts from
the respective parties to whom he may make payment as aforesaid and
file the same together with his report of sale in the court; that in case
the said property shall sell for more than sufficient to pay the principal
interests costs and fees of this suit, then, that said Master after making
payment as aforesaid bring such surplus money into Court without delay to
abide the further order thereof. And it is further ordered adjudged and
decreed that the defendants and all persons claiming by through or under
them or Either of them since the commencement of this suit be forever
barred and foreclosed from and of all Equity of redemption and claim of
in and to said mortgaged property or any part thereof.
It is further ordered that the said Special Master in Chancery report his
