                       In Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit of
                        the State of Florida in and for Alachua County
                                                  In Chancery

              This cause coming on to be heard upon motion of complainants solicitor
for a dismissal of said Bill and upon the report of P.C. Summers Receiver appointed
o the 22nd day of March AD 1898 the said P.C. Summers having been removed as such
Receiver on the 6th day of April AD 1898 Also upon report of H.C. Denton as Receiver
in said cause appointed on the 6th day of April AD 1898, and an agreement of settlement
of said cause between complainant and Defendant and the Attorneys for Complainant
and defendant it is therefore adjudged ordered and decreed that the said H.D. Walsh
shall within ten days from this date pay the costs of this suit to be taxed by the
Clerk of this Court upon the payment of said amounts by Complainant as herein
stated this cause shall stand dismissed. Upon failure of said Complainant H.D. Walsh
to pay said amounts as herein stated, H.C. Denton Receiver is authorized and directed
to sell said stock of goods and all property in his possession as Receiver or any
prat thereof for the purpose of paying said amounts herein named if he has
not sufficient funds in hand, and he is further authorized to use the
amount of cash now in his hands as Receiver to wit: the sum of Eighty three
Dollars and seventy three cents ($83.73) so far as it will go in paying off and
Discharging the amounts herein named and to retain therefrom the sum of
$14 90/100 dollars as his costs and thirty dollars for compensation for his services
as such Receiver. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that upon the
fulfillment of this decree that the bondsmen of P.C. Summers as Receiver to wit:
L.E. Summers and W.L. Godwin and also the bondsmen of H.C. Denton
as receiver to wit L.L. Hill and W.M. Blitch be relieved and
discharged from all liability and obligation and said bonds
