as also the costs of this proceeding to be taxed by the Clerk of this court
and an attorneys fee of Twenty Eight ($28.00) Dollars hereby fixed by the Court
and decreed to be a reasonable attorney's fee for the foreclosure of Complainants
lien which lien is hereby decreed to exist for all said amounts such payment
to be made within five days from the date of entry of this decree; that in
default of such payment being made that then all the buildings, works,
structures, material, machinery, fixtures and plant of the said defendants,
situate on section 13, in Township 9, South of Range 16 East, and all the interest of
the said defendants Wells and Hendon, composing the Wells Mining Company in
said lands, be sold at public out cry in front of the Court House door in
Gainesville, Florida, to satisfy this decree and pay the above mentioned
sums decreed to be due; that Evans Haile be and he is hereby appointed
a Special Master of this Court to execute this decree; that he give
prior notice of the time and place of the sale aforesaid, by printed
notice to be published once a week for four consecutive weeks next
before the making of said sale, and that at said sale he sell the
property above described to the highest and best bidder at the same
for cash; that upon said sale being made and confirmed by the Court
the said defendants, G. Wake Wells and L.A. Hendon as co-partners under
the firm name of Wells Mining Company, and the Brittish Phospahte
Company (Limited), a corporation created and existing under the
laws of the Kingdom of Great Brittain, be forever barred and
foreclosed of any and all right and equity of redemption of in and to
the said property above described and every part thereof; and that any
and all persons parties defendant to this suit and any and all persons
claiming by through or under such parties, or either of them since
the commencement thereof, be also foreclosed, and upon the 
production of the Masters deed or bill of sale convey to the purchaser
or purchasers of said sale above decreed that property above named
said parties or those claiming under them or either of them in
possession of the said property, or any part thereof do immediately
give up and surrender to the person exhibiting said deed such property
or else be held in contempt of this Court. It is further
ordered and decreed that upon making the sale aforesaid the said
Master do bring into Court the proceeds thereof with a full report
of his proceedings hereunder, without delay, to abide the further order
and direction of the Court as to the distribution of said proceeds
and the confirmation of said sale; said report to show the amount

sale, and showing any surplus or deficiency arising there at
or remaining thereafter.
