further order thereof but, in case said proceeds shall be insufficient to pay all the
sums of money hereby decreed to be paid, then the said Master shall receive said sum
of money and shall apply the same to the satisfaction of this decree in the order above
named to the extent to which it will reach, and shall report to the Court his doings
hereunder in either event, attaching to his report receipts and vouchers for all payments
made, and a statement of surplus or deficiency as the case may be, upon confirmation of said
report of sale, the said Master shall execute and deliver to the purchaser a good and
sufficient Master's deed of conveyance of the premises herein above described, and shall do all acts
and things necessary to completely carry into effect this decree, in so far as anything
remains on his part to be done and performed. It is further ordered adjudged and
decreed that the said defendants T.J. Love and Lorna Love, his wife, and any and all
persons claiming by through or under them, or either of them since the commencement of
this suit be and they are hereby forever barred and foreclosed of any and all right
or Equity of redemption and claim of in and to the mortgaged premises herein before
described. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that upon the execution and
delivery of the conveyance or conveyances by the Master hereunder, as herein before provided
the said purchaser or purchasers, his, her or their representatives or assigns be let into
immediate possession of the said Mortgaged premises and that any of the parties to this
cause who may be in possession of said premises or any party thereof, and any person or
persons who since the commencement of this suit has come into possession thereof under
them or either of them, on the production of the said Master's deed of conveyance
shall surrender possession thereof to such purchaser or purchasers, their representatives
or assigns or shall else be held in contempt of this court.
This cause is retained for any supplementary orders that may be necessary to carry
into effect this final decree

                 This cause came on to be heard upon the report of the Special Masters
herein E.E. Voyle and it appearing to the Court that the principal, interest and
costs amount to $3152.75 at the time of sale and that the property sold for $301.00
leaving a deficiency of $2851.75 And it further appearing that the Special Master
executed said decree in all things, it is therefore considered, ordered adjudged and 
decreed by the said court that the report of said Special Master is directed to execute
a bill of sale to the said property to W.N. Camp the purchaser at said sale
It is further considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the complainant Gus Gudehus
