or his solicitor of record for him the sum of two hundred fifty four 78/100 Dollars with
interest since the 6th of March 1898. In the event said property shall sell for more than
sufficient to pay this decree & costs of this proceeding, then the surplus shall be by said Master
delivered to defendants herein. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the defendants
and all persons claiming by, through or under them be forever barred and foreclosed of and
from all equity of redemption in and to said described mortgaged premises and the
said Grace Miles be forever barred and foreclosed of and from all dower or right of
Dower in and to said mortgaged premises or any part thereof. It is further ordered that
W.S. Broome a practicing Attorney at law be and he is hereby appoint Special
Master in Chancery to make the said sale of the said Mortgaged premises and to
carry out the provisions of this decree

                    This cause coming on to be heard upon the bill and exhibits
and it appearing to the Court that a decree Pro confesso was entered on the 2nd day of
May AD 1898 and it further appearing that the said defendants are indebted to
the complainant F.E. Nettleton in the sum of Eleven thousand five hundred and fifty
six dollars principal and interest to May 2nd 1898, and it further appearing that
said sum of money is secured by mortgage which was executed by the Equitable
investment Company to the said F.E. Nettleton on the 31st day of December 1892 upon
certain real Estate described therein, which said original Mortgage is now exhibited
to the Court & filed with the papers in this cause, and after the execution & delivery of
aforesaid mortgage, John C. Chambers (now deceased) purchased the land described in
said mortgage from the Equitable Investment Company and the said John C. Chambers
in his lifetime sold and conveyed to the Defendant W.J Chambers the land named in
aforesaid Mortgage. It also appearing by affidavits filed in this cause that
the sum of Three hundred & ninety five dollars would be a reasonable attorneys fee to
be allowed complainants solicitor. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed
that the said defendants B. DuPre Hodge Sheriff & Ex officio administrator of the Estate
of John C. Chambers deceased and W.J. Chambers do pay within five days from this date
to the complainant herein the said F.E. Nettleton or his attorney the sum of eleven
thousand five hundred and fifty six dollars and the cost of this suit and to E.E. Voyle
attorneys fees the sum of Three hundred & Ninety five dollars, and in default thereof
of said payment it is ordered and decreed that Horatio Davis Esq who
is hereby appointed Special Master for that purpose do sell at Public auction
