Voyle attorneys fees of $39500 and to the complainant F.E. Nettleton the sum of $1155600
with interest from May 2 A.D. 1898 at the rate of eight per cent per annum and if any
sum of money remain after paying said sums pay the same to this defendants therein.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that from and after said sale the
defendants B.D. Hodge as Sheriff of Marion Co. and ex officio administrator of the Estate
of John C. Chambers deceased and W.J. Chambers and all other persons claiming by through
or under them be forever and from henceforth barred from all right of redemption in
and to said land in said mortgage deed described & hereby decreed to be sold; The said
Special Master is further directed to make deed to the purchaser of said property without
any further order or decree from this Court.
