Spring Term AD 1898
Tuesday May 10th 1898
ordered that the Clerk of this Court issue a venire to the sheriff,
commanding him to summon from the body of the County at large,
or from the bystanders seven qualified persons to complete the
regular panel, to serve as petit jurors for the first week of this
term of the Court, returnable forthwith.

Whereupon the Clerk of this Court issued the following Venire
as by order of the directed.

5th Judicial Circuit of Florida
The State of Florida,
To L.W. Fennell Sheriff of Alachua County:
You are hereby commanded to summon from the bystanders or from
the body of the County at large seven persons qualified to serve
as jurors each for himself to be and personally appear before
the Judge of our Circuit Court at the Court House in the City of
Gainesville, instanter, to complete the regular panel of the petit
jury for this the first week of the Spring Term of our Circuit Court
AD 1898
Witness the Hon W.A. Hocker Judge and the seal of our said
court this 10th day of May A.D. 1909

And now comes L.W. Fennell sheriff of Alachua County
and returns the Venire for seven persons to complete the panel
of the petit jury for this the first week of the present
term of this court by summoning in person the following
named persons, to wit: B.P. Boulware, E.C. Wimberly
J.M. Miller, J.F. Bartleson, R.S. Bennett, A.R. Scruggs
and J.W.N. Beard, who were sworn, tested and found
qualified to serve as jurors the first week of
