                  In the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit
                  of the State of in and Alachua County
                             In Chancery

     vs                              } Foreclosure of Mortgage
Chas W. White and Daniel L. Crandall }     Decree
              This day this cause came on to be finally heard and was
argued by counsel; and thereupon consideration thereof, it was ordered adjudged
and decreed as follows viz: That the defants Charles W. White and Daniel L.
Crandall pay to the complainant within 5 days for this date the sum
of Forty four hundred & Eighty & 00/100 Dollars with legal interest thereon to be
computed from this day until paid, and also the sum of Seven hundred
& 00/100 Dollars as a reasonable solicitor's fee for foreclosing said mortgage, and
also the costs of this suit, said costs to be taxed by the Clerk of court; and in
default of said payments being made as aforesaid by said defendant then
and in that case the said mortgaged premises mentioned in the bill of
complaint in this cause to wit: Beginning at a point 1 68/100 chains south
from the North East corner of the South East quarter of the South West
quarter of section seven (7) Township Twelve (12) South Range Twenty two
(22) East thence West 3 16/100 Chains thence South 3 16/100 Chains thence
West 3 16/100 thence south 3 16/100 chains thence West 2 78/100 chains thence
North 8 chains thence West 10 90/100 chains thence South 20 chains thence
East 20 chains thence North 18 32/100 chains to point of beginning and upon
which is located the bearing orange grove known as the J.A. Clark
grove of 35 acres Alachua County Florida, or so much thereof as may be
sufficient to realize the amount so due to the said complainant for
principal and interest, and also the costs of this suit including the
solicitors fees as aforesaid, and the fees, disbursements and commissions on
the sale herein mentioned, and which may be sold separably and without
material injury to the parties interested, to be sold on a legal sale day
at public auction for case in hand to the highest and best bidder
in front of the Court House door in said County of Alachua; that
J.A. Ammons be and he is hereby appointed Special Master in Chancery of
this court to execute this decree, that he give public Notice of the time
and place of sale by previously publishing the same for the space of thirty
days in the newspaper published in said county Alachua. That the
complainant or any of the parties in this cause may become the purchaser
or purchasers at said sale; that the said Master on such sale being made
execute a deed to each purchaser of said premises or any portion thereof
that the said Master out of the proceeds of such sale shall retain his fees,
disbursements and commissions on said sale; that he pay the officers
of the Court their costs in this suit; that he pay to the complainants
solicitor their fees for foreclosing said Mortgage as herein allowed, that he
pay the unpaid taxes due upon said premises, and that out of the
remainder of said proceeds he pay to the complainant Charles E. Garner or
his solicitor of Record the said sum of Forty Four hundred & Eighty & 00/100
($4480 00/100) Dollars. Together with legal interest thereon from the date of
