                     Spring Term AD 1898
                   Thursday May 12th 1898
of The J. Cummer and Son Lumber Company, a Corporation under the laws
of the State of Michigan, have and own the fee simple title and are entitled
to the possession of all those certain tracts, pieces or parcels of land situated
in Alachua County, State of Florida, and known and described as fol-
lows to-wit: - The E1/2 of the SE1/4 and SW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section Twenty
one (21) in Township Nine (9) South of Range Eighteen East & containing
by estimation One hundred and twenty (120) acres of land more or less
without any mesne profits

Whereupon it is considered ordered and adjudged by the Court
that the plaintiffs J. Cummer and Wellington W. Cummer, of and
constituting the firm of J. Cummer and Son, for the use of The J.
Cummer and Son Lumber Company do have and recover of and
from the defendant Fleming Meekins the following described tracts,
pieces or parcels of land to wit: The E1/2 of the SE1/4 and SW1/4 of
SE1/4 of Section twenty one (21) in Township Nine (9) south of Rang
Eighteen (18) East and containing by estimation one hundred and
twenty acres of land more or less, and that the said plaintiffs
have and own a fee simple title to, and are entitled to the possession
of said land, without any mesne profits. And it is further ordered
and adjudged by the Court that the said plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the said defendant their costs in this behalf
expended taxed at $99 34/100 Dollars and it is further ordered that
writ of possession do issue hereon and the defendant in mercy &c.

            In the Circuit Court, 5th Judicial Circuit of
            Florida, Alachua County. Spring Term A.D. 1898

It being necessary to hold this term of the Court during the next week
thereof, the Judge of the Court, in the presence of the Clerk and Sheriff,
drew from the box containing the names of persons selected for juries for
Alachua County Florida for 1898, the following named persons to serve
as petit jurors for the second week of this Term, Viz:
C.N. Merry S.P. Thomas, J.F. Townsend, B.J. Earle, Geo. B. Evans, James
T. Collins, T.H. Willard, T.M. Cauthen, J.P. Jones, W.D. Cauthen,
James T. Neal & J.F. Davis.
The Clerk will issue a Venire for the above named persons, returnable
on the 16th day of May 1898 at 10 O'clock A.M.
 In open Court this 12th day of May 1898

Whereupon the Clerk issued the venire as by order of the Court
directed
