                    And now on this day this cause came on to be
heard and the parties plaintiff and defendant being in open Court
by their respective attorneys and the issues being joined a jury was 
called and their came L.P. Stroble W.A. Strickland, J.H. Cason,
W.C. Matheson, R.S. Bennett and J.W.N. Beard who were duly
empaneled and sworn to well and truly try the issues joined by
the parties in this cause according to the evidence and the jury
aforesaid after hearing a portion of the evidence submitted by the
plaintiff, Whereupon the plaintiff by his attorney moves the Court
