Sarah L. Mattair and J.B. Mattair, her husband } Final Decree
  This cause coming on to be further heard and it appearing to the
Court that Robert E. Davis, as Special Master in Chancery made and filed
his report and findings on the 22nd day of September AD 1897 and that
thereafter, by agreement of counsel, said cause was referred back to the Master
to allow defendants to take additional testimony and that thereafter said
Master made a second report and findings which were filed herein on the 15th
day of November, AD 1897, due notice of the filing of report and findings
having been given to counsel for the respective parties hereto, and the Master
in said report reiterating his former report and findings in every particular,
and no exceptions having been filed hereto and this cause having been
set down by complainants solicitors, upon pleadings, proofs and Master's
reports and findings, for final hearing, and the Court being advised in the
premises, thereupon, upon consideration hereof, it is ordered adjudged and 
decreed as follows, to wit:
1st That the Masters report and findings filed herein on the 22nd day of
September AD 1897 and reiterated and reaffirmed in his second report
and findings filed herein on the 15th day of November AD 1897, be, and the
same are herein and hereby confirmed in every particular.
2nd That the said Sarah L. Mattair was indebted to the complainant W.P.
Summer at the time of the commencement of this suit in the sum of $245.51
and was indebted to the Complainant J.V. Woolcott & Company at the time
of the commencement of said suit in the sum of $111.12 and that said
bills were contracted by the defendant the said Sarah L. Mattair as a 
married woman for the benefit of and on the faith and credit of her
separate statutory property and estate, as set forth and described in
Complainants bill of complaint. And thereupon that the said Complainant
the said W.P. Summer do have and recover of and from the said
defendant, Sarah L. Mattair the said sum of $245.51 and that the said
J.V. Woolcott & Company do have and recover of and from the said defendant
Sarah L. Mattair the sum of $111.12 and interest on Each of said claims
from the 23rd day of July AD 1896 until paid, and that the said
defendant do pay the same within ten (10) day from date hereof
3rd That the said indebtedness is herein and hereby decreed to be a
charge upon the said specific real estate to wit: All those certain lots
tracts, pieces or parcels of land situated, lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida and more particularly
described as follows, to wit: Lots 1, 2 and 10 of Block six (6) in the
Town of Waldo as surveyed and platted by P.W.O. Koemer, together
