    vs                             } Foreclosure of Mortgage
J.H. Vinson & E.A. Vinson his wife } Final Decree
                This cause coming on this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that
a decree pro confesso has been regularly entered against the defendants in said cause and it
further appearing that there is due to the Complainants in said cause the promissory notes filed
in Evidence therein the sum of Six Thousand one hundred and seventy one & 25/100 dollars principal and
interest, it is adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the defendants within five day from this
date pay the said sum together with the costs of this suit and an Attorney's fee of Two Hundred
& Eighty Eight dollars to complainants solicitor the Court from evidence before it, being of opinion
that this amount will be a reasonable attorneys to be allowed said solicitor - that the
mortgaged premises described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit: Six acres of
land lying and being in the South west corner of the East half of section thirty two in
Township Eleven south of Range Twenty one East - Also lots twelve and ten acres on East
half of lot eleven twelve and a half acres on North part of lot fifteen lying in the
West half of section thirty two in Township eleven south or Range twenty one East
containing by estimation thirty one acres, together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to said lands appertaining and belonging -
be sold at public auction for cash at the door of the court house of said Alachua County
to pay the same; that notice of the time and place of sale be published as the law
requires; that E.E. Voyle a practicing attorney of this court is hereby appointed a Special
Master to make such sale; that on said sale said Master execute a deed to the purchaser or
purchasers of said lands; that out of the proceeds of sale he pay the costs of suit retain for
his services as such master the compensation allowed by law, pay to complainant's solicitor
the sum of $288.00 as Attorney's fee and the balance of the money pay to the complainant or
his solicitor of record in payment so far as go, of the amount due him, should there be
any surplus remaining said Master shall bring the same in to court to abide the
further order thereof. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale
take place the defendants in this cause and all parties claiming, by through or
under them since the institution of this suit be forever barred and foreclosed of
and from all equity of redemption and claim of in and to the said Mortgaged premises
so sold, said Master shall report his proceedings under this decree to the Court
Gainesville Fla May 24th 1898
