      This cause coming on to be heard upon Defendants Exceptions to the Masters Report
and findings made herein and the same being argued by the solicitors for Complainant and
defendants, and the court having considered the cause it is ordered that the First, Second
Fourth and Fifth findings of the Master be and the same are hereby sustained and confirmed
that the third finding being incorrect as to the amount due is changed to read as follows;
That there is due by the defendants to the Complainants the sum of one hundred and seventy
nine 70/100 Dollars, to date which includes interest from the date of the note to wit: the 18th day of
July A.D. 1898 to the present time, at the rate of ten per cent per annum allowing a credit of
$3.10 under date August 30th 1894 and that the findings as changed herein be and the same
are hereby confirmed

          This cause coming on further to be heard upon application of complainants
solicitors for a final decree herein Etc, upon consideration thereof and it appearing to the
Court that there is due to the Complainant on his debt secured by the Mortgage filed
as an Exhibit in this cause the sum of One Hundred and Seventy nine 70/100 Dollars it is
adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the said R. May within six days from this date
pay the said debt with the costs of this proceeding together with an attorneys fee of
Forty three 87/100 Dollars to complainants solicitors it appearing to the Court from
Evidence before it that said fee is reasonable and proper that the Mortgaged
property described in the bill of Complainant in this cause to wit: One Jack Eleven
years old black with white nose and white belly called "Jack" be sold
at public auction for cash at the door of the Court House of said Alachua
County to pay the same, that notice of the time and place of sale be
published for thirty days in the Sun a newspaper published in said City
of Gainesville, Alachua County Florida, that J.A. Ammons Esq a practicing
attorney at the bar of said county is hereby appointed a Special Master to Execute
said decree; that said Master execute a bill of sale to the purchaser of said
personal property on said sale; that that out of the proceeds of sale he pay the
costs of this suit retain for his services the fees allowed him by law for such
services pay the Complainants solicitors the sum of Forty three 87/100 Dollars as attorneys fees
and the balance of the purchase money pay to the Complainant in payment as far as it
