will go of the amount due him. After said sale said Master shall make his report
to this court showing the amount received upon said sale for said property all amounts
paid by him in settlement of the costs and attorneys fees and the amount paid to the
complainant upon the debt of the defendants herein and the amount if any yet remaining
due and unpaid to the Complainant.
Should there be any surplus money arising from said sale after payments above directed
said Master shall bring the same into Court to abide the further order thereof
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale take place the
defendants in said cause and all persons claiming by through or under them be
forever barred and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption and claim of in
and to said mortgaged personal property.

This cause coming on to be further heard and the
court having on the 17th day of May AD 1898 made and entered a decree
pro confesso against the defendants herein upon a motion of complaint
and an order appointing a Master to take the proofs upon complainants
bill and the same having been further considered by the Court it is ordered
that the two orders above mentioned be and the same are hereby vacated
and that the Masters report and findings filed herein on March 2nd 1898
overruling and denying the plea of the defendants herein be and the
same are hereby confirmed and the defendants are required to answer
complainants bill on or before the rule day of June AD 1898
